A clutch kit is composed of a pressure plate, a disc and a release bearing. The clutch is absolutely necessary when it comes to transfer the power from your engine to the wheels. With extra torque and power your engine is creating, your original clutch will be slipping and will not do its task properly.

A performance clutch from ACT will perform 20% better than the original from the start, depending on your set up, drag racing, auto Cross, street racing, time attacks ect. ACT can provide you a clutch kit able to absorb 400% increase in torque Capacity.

Next to the most popular Heavy Duty system, ACT offers many different type of clutches to give important clamp load increase.

This kit features ACT's Xtreme pressure plate. ACT pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency.

ACT Performance street rigid-hub discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. Rivet design and materials are carefully selected for maximum strength. These discs are the minimum weight street disc for faster shifts. ACT's street rigid-hub discs provide race-proven performance with street manageability.
