Rear silencer with single tailpipe RH 1 x 90 mm, cut 20°

In order to avoid having to cut the original rear valance on Fiesta type JA8 models it is recommended that the rear valance insert FDFI/JA8-HE1 is used for mounting the rear silencers with double tailpipe RH (article n° FDFI/JA8-70T or FDFI/JA8-70E). For mounting the rear silencer with single tailpipe RH (article n° FDFI/JA8-Q90I) and the rear pipe LH (article n° FDFI/JA8-3/90I) it is recommended that the rear valance insert FDFI/JA8-HE2 is used.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
