Fiat Models:
On 1.4l petrol models the rear silencers can be mounted alone. In order to mount the rear silencers the bracket FT500-BRKT and the rubber hanger ROMI-G1 is required in addition to the adaptor A63-…VW. On diesel and 1.2l petrol models the complete exhaust line cannot be mounted. It‘s only possible to mount the rear silencers on their own. In order to avoid having to cut the original rear valance insert when mounting the single tailpipe LH+RH it is recommended to use the rear valance insert FT500-HE1 or when mounting the double tailpipes central exit to use the rear valance insert FT500-HE2.
Ford Ka:
In order to mount the rear silencers the bracket FT500-BRKT and the rubber hanger ROMI-G1 is required in addition to the adaptor A63-…VW. When mounting the single tailpipe LH+RH it is recommended to use the rear valance insert FDKA/RU8-HE1 or when mounting the double tailpipes central exit to use the rear valance insert FDKA/RU8-HE2.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
