The silencer can be mounted alone on all vehicles. For assembly additionally you need on models with twist axle next to the adapter A70-…VW the link pipe VWG7-3. To avoid cutting the original rear valance, we recommend for mounting the rear silencer VWG7-T..., the rear valance insert VWG7-HE1 or VWG7-HE1/CS and for mounting the rear silencer VWG7-Q76. the rear valance insert VWG7-HE2 or VWG7-HE2/CS.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
