On 1.0l Turbo EcoBoost models only the complete exhaust system can be mounted. It is not possible to mount the rear silencer separately. To mount the rear silencer the bracket LH FDFO/3-BRKT1, the bracket RH FDFO/3-BRKT2 and 2x rubber hanger AUG-40x50x10/V are additionally needed. When mounting the rear silencer FDFO/3-Q90I, it is recommended to additionally use the rear valance insert FDFO/3-HE2 or rather FDFO/3-HE2/CS and when mounting the rear silencer FDFO/3-Q76T to mount the rear valance insert FDFO/3-HE3 or rather FDFO/3-HE3/CS correspondingly.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
