The rear silencer can be mounted on its own. Therefor the adaptor A70-55.5VW is required on Corsa D GSI Facelift models and the adaptor A70-60.5VW on the Corsa D OPC Nürburgring Edition model. To mount the complete system or the rear silencer on its own on Corsa D GSI Facelift models, the original rear valance with cut out for single tailpipe LH+RH of the Corsa D OPC Nürburgring Edition model has to be mounted.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
