Note: The rear silencers can also be mounted alone. In order to mount them, you additionally need the adaptor A63-….VW, the adaptor KIACE/CD-AD and the mounting kit KIACE/CD-FK!

Using the remote control AG/FB-EP, the exhaust flap can be opened manually. It will be opened permanently afterwards. Not permitted in public road traffic! The remote control is included when purchasing the rear silencers with exhaust flap!
Function of the valve control:
A special control unit monitors the vehicle’s speed If the speed exceeds a fixed value (70 km/h), the exhaust flap’s servomotor receives a signal to open. The exhaust gas flow is then bypassed and you get a different sound. If the speed of the vehicle drops below the fixed value (70 km/h), the exhaust flap closes again automatically.
