CL9:
On 2.4L petrol models with original two rear silencers the adaptors A63-42.5VW are required for mounting the rear silencers alone! For cars with original one rear silencer (RH) you can mount rear silencers alone so long as you use the adaptors A63-48.5VW, the Y-link pipe HOAC-3A, the brackets HOAC-BRKT1 and HOAC-BRKT2 and 2x the rubber hanger ROMI-G1.
CN1 2x Rear Silencer:
You can mount the rear silencers on their own by using the adaptor A63-60VW, the Y-link pipe HOAC-3A, the brackets HOAC-BRKT1 and HOAC-BRKT2 and 2x the rubber hanger ROMI-G1.
Important note on installing Bastuck components:
Please note that Bastuck sports exhaust systems are generally designed for optimal performance with larger pipe diameters and adapted pipe runs.
Possible adjustments:
- Due to the different dimensions and pipe routing compared to standard systems, adjustments may be necessary during installation.
- Since Bastuck has developed certain components (e.g., center silencers) as part of a complete exhaust system, smooth integration into standard systems is not always guaranteed.
- Possible adjustments may affect the length and/or bends of the pipes.
Recommendation for installation by a specialist workshop:
Bastuck strongly recommends having installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. This specialist workshop has the necessary expertise and equipment to professionally carry out any necessary adjustments and ensure an optimal fit.
