By combining a heat-reflective barrier with an acid-neutralizing base mat, this kit not only protects the battery itself but also preserves your vehicle's chassis from corrosion caused by leaking battery acid.

💡 Installation Tip:
Ensure the aluminized side faces outward to reflect heat effectively. For batteries with side terminals, cut the insulation cleanly around those points to avoid direct contact.
Important Safety Notes:
Installation: Always wear eye protection and gloves. Disconnect battery cables (Ground/- first) before installation to avoid short circuits.
Leakage: If the battery has already leaked significantly, clean the tray thoroughly with a baking soda solution before placing the new mat.
