GiroDisc designs and manufactures some of the highest quality brake components on the market and specializes in the direct replacement of two-piece brake discs. GiroDisc products are all developed and processed in our own facility in Bellingham, WA, using materials exclusively sourced from the USA. GiroDisc takes quality seriously and that starts with using only the best raw materials. The main purpose of a GiroDisc rotor is to increase the ventilation and cooling capacity of the brake disc while maintaining its original dimensions. The second purpose is to reduce the unsprung dimensions and overall weight of the vehicle. This is achieved through the use of a two-piece disc construction. Third, GiroDisc rotors are a fully floating design that gives the rider better pedal feel and modulation. That gives more confidence and leads to shorter lap times. In terms of hub geometry, color and rotor slot pattern, any type of design aesthetic is possible. GiroDisc does not recommend drilled discs for heavy duty applications.
