- Please note the additional information and vehicle-specific instructions!
- Suspension height adjustable only on the front axle.
- The original front axle struts must be supplied in advance as an exchange, without any ancillary parts such as wheel bearings, wheel hubs, damper cartridges, backing plates, etc. If this disassembly has not been carried out in advance, or if there is damage such as broken bolts on the strut, the struts will be returned or a surcharge will be applied. If H&R supplies the suspension kits including struts in advance, a surcharge (deposit) of €244 to €1200 per unit (depending on the version) will be charged.
- When ordering, struts are only for 2.0L 16V engines, 72mm wheel bearing diameter, and ABS brackets. Generally, such struts must be returned for credit. For vehicles with smaller or larger wheel bearings (e.g., wheel bearing diameter 64 mm, 66 mm, 74 mm), the struts must be delivered in advance.
- Front axle wheel bearing diameter 64/66/72 mm? With or without ABS?
- The minimum clearance between wheels/tires and chassis/body components must not be less than 5 mm. If necessary, this clearance must be restored using wheel spacers and/or professional bodywork modifications. Any work and/or costs incurred will not be covered or reimbursed by H&R.
- Damage caused by failure to adhere to the specified alignment dimensions is the owner's fault and will not be covered or reimbursed by H&R.
