With impressive mesh dimensions of 640mm x 410mm x 65mm, this intercooler offers a generous external charge air volume of 17 liters (compared to the 9 liters of the OEM model). A newly developed competition high-performance network (Tube Fin) sets new standards. It allows optimal airflow while ensuring sufficient cooling for neighboring components such as the water cooler. And the best part? Despite its size, this intercooler remains surprisingly light at just 8.4 kg.

The cast aluminum end boxes have been perfected using state-of-the-art CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. An innovative air duct in the end box ensures an even distribution of air throughout the entire Competition high-performance network. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been designed to impressive Ø 70mm enlarged, which is why this kit is equipped with reinforced silicone hoses. Thanks to these advantages, the intercooler offers significantly reduced back pressure compared to the factory installed model.

Of course, this intercooler also has our proven anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. In this way, Wagner Tuning guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance, which leads to a noticeable increase in performance.
