This Performance Intercooler has the following core size (520mm x 200mm x 120mm / stepped = 10.400 cm³ ), providing a 104% larger frontalarea and 140% more volume compared to the original intercooler. WAGNERTUNING engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. High performance intercooler core with turbulators in a stepped design (weight: 7,6kg). Constructed of the highest quality Bar and Plate intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible internal airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. It features way more cooling performance and less pressure drop then the stock mounted intercooler.
An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All products of WAGNERTUNING are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.
